Designed to make decorating easier, our decor closet gives couples access to a curated collection of wedding decor and styling pieces to enhance their day. Whether your style is classic, romantic, or modern, you’re welcome to create a look that feels completely your own.

Customized Packages

Every wedding is unique—and your venue experience should be too.

Whether you’re planning a full weekend celebration, an intimate gathering, or something in between, our packages are designed to create a seamless experience while giving you time to enjoy every moment.

Our package includes both Friday & Saturday. Friday can be utilized for setting up and decorating, as well as rehearsal. You’re welcome to come Friday morning to begin to add any personal touches to the decorating and have rehearsal that evening. On Saturday you will have a fifteen-hour rental from 7:00am – 10:00pm.

Pricing for up to 160 guests is $7,800

For 161 guests up to 250 guests is $8,800.

What guest count can Cottonwood accommodate?

Our venue can host intimate celebrations as well as larger weddings with up to 250 guests.

Do you provide a wedding coordinator?

No, but we offer a list of trusted coordinators who have worked at our venue. Couples are required to hire a Day-of Coordinator to manage timelines, ceremony flow, and event details.

Can we take engagement photos at the venue?

Yes! Clients who have booked with us may schedule a photo session. Please email to schedule a time.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes. The venue is ADA compliant and designed to comfortably accommodate all guests.

Do you require event insurance?

Yes. We want your day to be stress free. Event insurance protects you from financial harm throughout your wedding day. We provide the contact for our custom policy.

What is your policy on venue visits after booking?

You are given 2 venue visits after booking. We will provide you with a link to book these visits in advance.

Are clients required to use preferred vendors?

While we encourage selecting from our preferred vendor list, we always welcome outside vendors.

What is your alcohol/beverage policy?

All alcohol must be served by a certified bartender who also has a retail alcohol insurance. 

Is there a deposit?

A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 and signed contract is required to reserve your date.
